In my teens, I saw Elvis perform live three times -- once in Las Vegas, once at Madison Square Garden, and once at the Nassau Coliseum on Long Island. Ages ranged from me right up to people in their sixties and seventies, which shows that Elvis had the power to wow us all. We and my parents had flown into town that afternoon, and we were heading back to New York the next day; there aren't many performers, now or then, who would get us to make an overnight trip of almost 3000 miles. Just what I wanted and for a great price
The book is everything I need to be an Elvis fan and to be able to find anything I need to referance. I am totaly pleased.
This book is filled with great information about Elvis' music and other memorabilia. I bought mine at Graceland in 1999 and after seeing the current prices, I'm glad I did. It is a treasure trove of trivia and details about the great variety of music that was published when Elvis was alive and in the years following his death.
Handy book. Mostly records...which is what we needed it for. Excellent condition as stated. Fast shipping. Proving to be quite useful .
