Some of the new recipes I can't wait to try are the Persimmon Cake, Peanut Butter Cake, Baked Cantaloupe. This book has none, other than one recipe at the beginning of each chapter. With photos of each recipe, it would be 5-star.That said it's nicely organized and appears to include lots of great recipes for breakfast, snacks and appetizers, vegetarian mains, fish & seafood, poultry, beef, pork and lamb, together with a section on desserts, breads and rolls.It contains the charts on cooking with the Foodi as well, be it pressure cook, air crisp, steam or dehydrate. Handy US to metric conversion charts as well.I bought this book along with the other Foodi Cookbook title "One-Pot Cookbook". If you are only going to purchase one, I might suggest that other one instead, but both are worth having.
