Very insightful book. A lot of takeaways that I can't to start using. Would recommend this to people I know.
I read this over the weekend, and it was a fun and interesting read. It covered a broad range of topics to help with thinking clearer, quickly, and more effectively. I deal with anxiety, and this book gave me some ideas to try and help with that, so I'm able to concentrate more and think clearer. There was a lot of guidelines that were really great that I never thought to try before, that I'm going to try to follow for a while to improve myself. So far the guidelines and tips have been working great, and already today I feel better by following them.I felt this book gave just the right amount of information as well, and didn't go off on things that had nothing to do with the subject like some mental agility/health books tend to do. I personally think everyone could benefit from reading this. Would highly recommend, and plan on getting this for my fiance as well while he is traveling.
An excellent read. Length is perfect for the amount of information presented. Very good tips and exercises for making you brain work harder and deep and critical thought.
Must read if you want to understand how the brain works and how people react it teaches all the basic concepts of the brain
This is a very fast and easy read, filled with tips to help make decisions, analyze situations, and increase mental elasticity. I like the author's style, they are clear and concise.
