John is an excellent teacher; I love his hands on courses. Check out his IV sedation and 3rd molar courses online at WESTERNSURGICALANDSEDATION.COM they are excellent. If you have tried oral sedation you know that alot of times it doesn't work and can be very unpredictable and dangerous. IV sedation is safe effective. There is not a lot of options for patients who need extensive dental work. Large general dentistry cases can be very productive and worth while for patients who don't want to loose there teeth. Dr H

I found this book to be very well written and helpful. As a new grad, this book filled in many holes when it comes to extracting impactions. Very practical and applicable information.
